To add your clinic to our listings:
  • Current HAPTA Members can create their own listing for free. It’s simple: Make use of the User Login (below the Main Menu), using your HAPTA ID as the Username, and your last name - e.g. Kawamoto - as the Password. Once logged in you’ll see the “Add/Edit Your Clinic” link. Click it. Add/Edit your clinic! Problems? Email the Webmaster for help.
  • Non-HAPTA members can get a listing for $50; to start the process contact our Administrative Assistant

For example entering 968 will return all providers that have zip codes of 96800 thru 96899.
